The Bedmia Standard: Listing Criteria
To maintain our position as a curated hub for Dubai’s elite inventory, all submissions must meet the following qualifications:
Visual Excellence: Minimum of 10 high-resolution (4K) images or professional 3D renders. No watermarks from other portals.
Asset Type: We exclusively host Signature Villas, Penthouses, Branded Residences, and Premium Estates.
Data Integrity: Detailed payment plans (for Off-plan) and accurate handover dates are mandatory.
Direct Representation: Only direct listings from licensed Dubai agents/agencies are permitted to ensure a clutter-free experience for our investors.
Failure to meet these standards will result in the listing being declined by the curating team.
