How to Post a Property on BedMia
Listing your property on BedMia is quick and easy. Whether you’re a landlord, property manager, or real estate agent, you can advertise your bedspace, partition, room, studio, or apartment in just a few minutes.
Follow the steps below to create and publish your property listing.
Visit the BedMia website and log in using your registered email address and password.
Once logged in, you will be redirected to your Dashboard.
Desktop: The navigation menu appears on the left-hand side of the screen.
Mobile: Tap the Menu (☰) icon to open your dashboard navigation.
From the dashboard menu, locate and click Create Listing.
This will open the property submission form where you’ll begin creating your listing.
Step 3: Enter Basic Property Information
Fill in the required property details, including:
- Property Title
- Property Description
- Property Status
- Property Type
- Preferred Community or Nationality (if applicable)
- Monthly Rent or Price
Review your information carefully, then click Next to continue.
Step 4: Upload Property Photos
High-quality images help attract more inquiries.
Upload clear and recent photos of your property.
For the best results, BedMia recommends uploading:
- 1 Exterior photo of the building
- 2 Interior photos of the room, bedspace, partition, or apartment
- 1 Kitchen photo
- 1 Washroom photo
Once your images have finished uploading, click Next.
Step 5: Add Property Details
Complete the remaining property information, such as:

After completing the form, click Next.
Step 6: Select Property Features
Choose all applicable amenities and features available with your property.
