5. Listing Image Requirements
Each property listing should include:
- One full exterior image of the building.
- Two interior images of the bedspace, partition, room, or apartment.
- One kitchen image.
- One washroom image.
BedMia may reject listings that contain misleading, inappropriate, low-quality, or unrelated images.
6. Premium Services
BedMia may offer paid services including:
- Featured listings
- Priority placement
- Promotional packages
- Advertising services
- Listing management assistance
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in a specific promotion.
7. Tenant Responsibilities
Tenants agree to:
- Verify property details independently.
- Inspect properties before making payments whenever possible.
- Confirm rental terms directly with the landlord or advertiser.
- Conduct due diligence before entering any agreement.
BedMia does not guarantee property availability, pricing, quality, safety, or suitability.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Upload copyrighted content without permission.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Use automated systems to scrape or copy platform content.
- Engage in unlawful, discriminatory, or deceptive practices.
- Circumvent BedMia’s payment or subscription systems.
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
9. Community & Accommodation Preferences
Users may specify accommodation preferences such as:
- Ladies Only
- Gents Only
- Family Accommodation
- Student Accommodation
- Professional Accommodation
- Mixed Community
All users must comply with applicable anti-discrimination and housing laws.
10. User Content
Users retain ownership of content they upload.

- Rental disputes

13. Account Suspension & Termination
