Bedmia is a high-fidelity digital headquarters designed to connect elite property assets with serious partners. We provide the infrastructure; however, the final negotiations and legal transfers of property remain the responsibility of the involved parties.
02. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% uptime and data precision, Bedmia is a tool, not a guarantee of sale. We are not liable for market fluctuations, external agency errors, or third-party server interruptions.
03. Membership & The "Golden" Standard
Membership is a privilege, not a right.
Accuracy: Owners and Agents must ensure that all listing data, 3D renders, and descriptions are high-fidelity and truthful.
Conduct: We maintain a “Velvet Rope” policy. Any member found engaging in “bait-and-switch” tactics or providing unverified inventory will have their access permanently revoked without a refund.
04. Intellectual Property & Digital Assets
The “Midnight Gold” aesthetic, our custom UI/UX code, and the Bedmia brand are our proprietary assets.
Your Content: When you upload renders or property details, you grant us the right to showcase them within the Bedmia ecosystem.
Our Tech: You may not scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our “Soft Gate” systems or dashboard architecture for external use.
05. Privacy & Data Integrity
We value your digital footprint as much as your physical one.
We do not sell your data to “black box” advertisers.
Data collected via our signup gates is used solely to facilitate professional connections within the UAE property market.
06. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws . Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Bedmia, reflecting our commitment to the region’s legal excellence.
